Hi, I’m Jo.
I make complex systems navigable.

My academic background spans architecture, art and design, and sociology. For the past 5+ years, I’ve worked in regulated B2B software, leading customer success for 500+ retailers while building the documentation, information architecture, and knowledge systems that support the experience.

Different materials, same instinct: look for structure in complexity and make it easier to understand, navigate and use. My architectural education taught me to think this way. A building is a rule set strangers have to live inside, and the drawings are how that rule set becomes legible before anything gets built. Documentation works the same way.

Technology has opened up new possibilities that didn't exist when I was in design school. I'm revisiting that creative foundation through emerging tools, particularly AI, and exploring how they can change the way we design, organize information and build useful things.

I'm always interested in connecting with people working at the intersection of technology, design and complex systems. Whether you’re exploring a new idea, building something meaningful or simply interested in exchanging perspectives, I’d love to hear from you.
